Children who wish to participate in the Sailing Program this summer and their parents should come to SYC to register and obtain and complete the Registration, Medical Consent, Waiver and Release and Participant’s Forms provided below :

• Registration Form

• Registration Notice

• Statement of Understanding

• Waiver Release

REGISTRATION DATE: June 18, 2011
REGISTRATION TIME: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, AT SYC

The participant fees for 2011 are as follows:

• Children of Members: $600.00

• Sponsored Children: $650.00

• LATE FEE: $25.00

PARTICIPANT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
